Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou připravenosti obce Velké Bílovice na krizovou situaci typu tornádo. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V rámci teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy, vymezeny právní předpisy, krizové řízení a ochrana obyvatelstva, bezpečnostní hrozby a krizová situace. The thesis deals with the issue of preparedness of the municipality of Velké Bílovice for a tornado type of crisis situation. The thesis is devided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines basic concepts, legal regulations, crisis management and protection of the population, security threats and crisis situations.
