Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem rekonstrukcí konkrétního objektu. Předmětem rekonstrukce je změna dispozice prvního nadzemního podlaží a vybudování obytného podkroví ze stávajícího půdního prostoru. Nalezené poruchy pomocí stavebního průzkumu jsou v této práce řešeny a jsou navržené stavební úpravy k odstranění těchto poruch. This bachelor work is engaged in the design of the reconstruction of a specific object. The subject of the reconstruction is to change the layout of the first floor and residential attic from the existing attic.
