Elimination of abrasive and erosive wear of technical materials

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá minimalizací opotřebení (zejména abrazivního a erozivního) u technických materiálů. Nejprve jsou v práci popsány degradační procesy a jejich závislosti na různých materiálech. Dále práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky o vhodných technologiích zamezujících degradaci, a to konkrétně navařování a povlakování. V poslední části se práce věnuje metodám a testům, kterými lze rozpoznat, zda a jak moc je materiál odolný vůči opotřebení. Na základě studie literárních zdrojů bylo zhodnoceno v bakalářské práci, že nejefektivnějším a nejrychlejším způsobem pro eliminaci opotřebení technických materiálů je navařování tvrdokovů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is about the minimization of wear (abrasive and erosive) of technical materials. First, the work describes the degradation processes and their dependence of different materials. The thesis contains theoretical knowledge about appropriate technologies to prevent degradation, namely welding and coating. In the last part, the work is devoted to methods and tests that can be used to recognize if and how much the material is resistant to wear. Based on the study of literary sources, it was evaluated in the bachelor's thesis that the most effective and fastest way to eliminate the wear of technical materials is the welding of hard metals.
