Tato diplomová práce se věnuje fungování a financování mechanismu civilní ochrany EU. Cílem práce je zhodnotit efektivnost fungování tohoto mechanismu na základě dotazníku rozšířeného mezi osoby odpovědné za zapojení do tohoto mechanismu v jeho členských státech. This thesis is devoted to the functioning and financing of the EU civil protection mechanism. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of the functioning of this mechanism based on a questionnaire extended to persons responsible for involvement in this mechanism in its member states.
