V této diplomové práci je studována interakce mezi analogy ruthenitého komplexu NAMI a vybranými nemodifikovanými makrocyklickými nosiči (β-CD, CB[7]). V experimentální části byla k charakterizaci vazby mezi ruthenitými komplexy a makrocyklickými nosiči použita NMR spektroskopie. Within the scope of this diploma thesis, interactions between analogs of NAMI ruthenium(III) complex and selected unmodified macrocyclic carriers (β-CD, CB[7]) are studied. Within the experimental part, NMR spectroscopy was used in order to characterize bindings between ruthenium(III) complexes and macrocyclic carriers.
