Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku personálního plánování ve společnosti XYZ. Teoretická část práce v sobě soustřeďuje teoretické poznatky o personálním plánování se zaměřením na tvorbu flexibilního personálního rozpočtu. The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of personnel planning in the company XYZ. The theoretical part is concentrated on theoretical knowledge about personnel planning with special orientation to create flexible personnel budget.
