Cílem práce je vyložit pojem „odpad“ z hlediska platné právní úpravy a zjistit, zda je zákonná definice srozumitelná, či zda může docházet k výkladovým problémům a zda na tyto problémy vhodně reaguje připravovaná legislativa. The aim of this thesis is to explain the concept of “waste” from the perspective of applicable legislation, and to find out whether its legal definition is comprehensible, or if there may be any problems of interpretation, and whether the legislation in preparation reflects these problems appropriately.
