Abstract:
Cílem práce je zhodnotit hospodaření s majetkem a jeho správu ve vybrané obci. Teoretická část je zaměřena na právní úpravu a zákonné podmínky pro hospodaření, nakládání s majetkem obce. V praktické části je analyzována majetková základna, hospodaření s majetkem a správa. Základním zdrojem dat je rozvaha obce, interní materiály obce a informační portál Ministerstva financí MONITOR. The theoretical part will focus on legislation and legal conditions for management, disposal of municipal property.
