Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá jedním z lipofilních vitaminů, vitaminem E. V první části jsou shrnuty teoretické informace o vitaminu E, jeho struktuře, vlastnostech a funkci v organismu, dále pak o vlivu tohoto vitaminu na lidský organismus - fyziologie, patologie, a o výskytu v potravinách a jeho chemických reakcích. This bachelor thesis deals with one of the lipophilic vitamins, vitamin E. In the first section there are summarized theoretical information about the vitamin E, its structure, properties and function in the organism, followed by facts about impact of the vitamin E on the human organism ? physiology, pathology, and finally about the vitamin E presence in the food and its chemical reactions.
