The problem of population aging and its impact on public finances
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením dopadů stárnutí populace na veřejné finance zejména evropských států a České republiky. Nejprve podává přehled o demografickém vývoji ve světě a v České republice, poté je práce zaměřena na analýzu studií, které posuzují vliv stárnutí populace na výši výdajů veřejných financí v oblastech důchodů, zdravotnictví a vzdělávání.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the impact of aging on public finances, especially European states and the Czech Republic. It starts with the overview of demographic trends worldwide and in the Czech Republic, after the work is focused on the analysis of studies that assess the impact of population aging on the amount of public spending on pensions, health and education.
