Electromagnetic and Mechanical Properties of Composites with Different Polymer Matrix

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá změnou elektromagnetických a mechanických vlastností kompozit-ních materiálu plněných grafitem v závislosti na koncentraci plniva a na typu použité matrice. Jako polymerní matrice byly použity epoxidová pryskyřice Bisfenol A diglycidyl ether (DGEBA), polydimetylsiloxan (PDMS), termoplastický polyuretan (TPU) a polyetylen-vinyl acetát (EVA). Kompozitní materiály byly připraveny na bázi vodivého plniva grafitu v koncentraci (0-39 obj.%).Na připravených kompozitech byly změřeny dielektrické,elektrické, mechanické vlastnosti a byla prostudována jejich morfologie. Na základě dielektrických para-metrů měření byl vypočten koeficient odrazivosti pro stanovení celkové účinnosti stínění proti elektromagnetickému záření. Jako optimální absorbér byl navržen kompozit s polydimetylsiloxanem a grafitem při koncentraci 39 obj. % s tloušťkou 2 mm.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the change of electromagnetic and mechanical properties of graphite-filled composite materials, depending on the concentration of the filler and the type of matrix used. As polymeric matrix were used epoxyresin Bisfenol A Diglycidyl ether (DGEBA), polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), thermoplasticPolyurethane (TPU) and polyethylene vinyl aceta-te (EVA). Composite materials were prepared on the basis of a graphite conductive filler in a concentration (0-39 vol. %).The dielectric, electrical, mechanical properties were measured on the prepared composites and thein morfology was studied. Based on the dielectric parameters of the measurement, a reflection coefficient was calculated to determine the efficiency of the-shielding against electromagnetic radiation.The composite with polydimethylsiloxane and graphite at a concentration of 39 vol. % with a thickness of 2 mm was designed as an optimal absorber.
