Administrative delicts handled by the authorities of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou správních deliktů a přestupků v kompetenci Celní správy České republiky. Z teoretického hlediska popisuje základní pojetí regionu a koncepci bezpečnosti. Dále definuje správní delikty a přestupky, jejichž počty a struktura jsou ve vybraných oblastech regionálně analyzovány na úrovni krajů České republiky. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit vývoj počtu vybraných správních deliktů a přestupků v kompetenci Celní správy České republiky projednaných v letech 2013 až 2016, posoudit odlišnosti v rámci zjištěných porušení mezi jednotlivými kraji a identifikovat zvýšený výskyt určitých deliktů v některých regionech.

Abstract:

This Diploma thesis deals with the issue of administrative delicts in the competence of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the basic concept of the region and the concept of security. The following defines administrative delicts whose numbers and structure are regionally analyzed in selected areas at the level of the Czech Republic. The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the development of selected administrative delicts in the competence of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic discussed in the years 2013 to 2016, to assess the differences in the detected violations between individual regions and to identify the increased incidence of some administrative delicts in some regions.
