Possibilities of measurements ocular accommodation

Abstract:

Ve své práci se zabývám zkoumáním akomodační amplitudy u zdravé populace osob a možnostmi vyšetření akomodace. Práce se věnuje anatomii a fyziologii jednotlivých očních struktur, které se na akomodaci podílejí, popisu Gullstrandova redukovaného oka a refrakčním vadám, pojmu akomodace a souvisejícím pojmům. Ve své výzkumné části se zabývám závislostí akomodace na věku a závislosti akomodační amplitudy na jednotlivých refrakčních vadách. Porovnávám výsledků toho výzkumu s jinými studiemi a zkoumám souvislost výsledků s Duanovým grafem. Byla zkoumána normální populace ve věku 20 až 56 let pomocí dvou subjektivních metod. V závěru práce se potvrdila teorie závislosti akomodace na věku a rovněž rozložení refrakčních vad v populaci a jejich vztah k akomodační amplitudě.

Abstract:

The work deals with examination of amplitude of accommodation in a normal health population and the work deals with possibilities of accommodation measurements. The work pushes ahead anatomy and physiology of eye tissues, which attend of the accommodation cause, describes the Gullstrand reduced eye and refractive errors, term of accommodation and related terms. The investigative part deals with the relation between accommodation and age and relationship between amplitude of accommodation and refractive errors. The results of this research are balance with another studies and the work study relatedness of results with Duane chart. The normal population was measured, the people were 20 to 56 years old and the work used two subjective methods. In conclusion the theory of the relationship between accommodation and age was established analogous to disintegration of the refractive errors in the population ant their relationship to the amplitude of accommodation.
