Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Smart Cities a komunální politika: výzvy a problémy se zabývá problematikou Smart Cities s akcentem na efektivní veřejnou správu a přátelské veřejné služby. Cílem práce je zkoumat koncept Smart City v podmínkách České republiky a analyzovat zavádění chytrých řešení a nástrojů tzv. chytré administrativy na příkladech měst z lokální politiky. Teoretická část této práce je věnována pojmům, které souvisejí s elektronizací veřejné správy a digitalizací společnosti. Koncept Smart City je následně včleněn do reálií české veřejné správy poukázáním na města s nejlepší praxí. V poslední části práce bude v součinnosti s uvedenou teorií a příklady analyzováno zavádění prvků Smart City na vybraných městech z Ústeckého kraje.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis Smart Cities and communal politics: challenges and problems deals with the issues of Smart Cities with an emphasis on the effective public administration and friendly public services. The aim of this thesis is to examine the concept of Smart City in the Czech Republic and to analyze the implementation of smart solutions and tools of the so-called smart administration on examples of cities from local policy. The theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to concepts related to the electronization of public administration and the digitization of society. The Smart City concept is then incorporated into the realities of the Czech public administration by pointing out the best-practice cities. In the last part of the thesis, the implementation of Smart City elements in selected cities from the Ústí Region will be analyzed in conjunction with the theory and given examples.
