Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení vlivu charakteristiky ombudsmanů na jejich činnost a průzkum faktorů, které jejich činnost ovlivňují. Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s institucí Ombudsmana ČR a Ombudsmana EU, jejich charakteristikami, historií, pravomocemi a nástroji a také analýza statistických dat o jejich činnosti.
Abstract:
Object of this bachelor thesis is evavulation of Ombudsmen characteristics influence to their activity, factor research, which does influent their activity as well . The goal of this thesis is to introduce readers to the Ombudsman institute in Czech republic and in European Union, their characteristic, history, authority and also their activity and analysis statistical data.
