Connecting the gastronomy of the V4 countries into the cultural route

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zpracována na téma Propojení gastronomie zemí V4 do kulturní stezky. V práci je vytvořen návrh stezky, která prochází zeměmi Visegradské skupiny a zároveň částečně vede po Evropské kulturní stezce Rady Evropy. Tato navrhnutá stezka zobrazuje typické potraviny a pokrmy, podle toho jakým regionem zrovna trasa prochází. V teoretické části se práce nejprve zaměřuje na identifikaci základních pojmů, jako je cestovní ruch, gastronomie, kulturní stezky a Visegrádská skupina. Na začátku praktické části jsou stanoveny hypotézy a definována použitá metodika. V praktické části je vypracována analýza gastronomické nabídky jednotlivých regionu zemí, kterými stezka vede a SWOT analýza. V závěru práce je vytvořen samotný grafický návrh stezky a jsou zde vyhodnoceny stanovené hypotézy.

Abstract:

This master’s thesis topic is Connecting Gastronomy of Visegrad Four Countries Through a Cultural Route. In the thesis, a layout of a route is proposed, passing through Visegrád group countries and partially leading along Cultural Route of the Council of Europe. The route displays each region’s typical food and meals. The theoretical part of the thesis identifies key basic terms such as tourist industry, gastronomy, cultural trails and Visegrád group. The practical part of the thesis begins with hypothesis design and description of methodology. Then, an analysis of gastronomic supply in the route regions is conducted, as well as a related SWOT analysis. In the concluding parts of the thesis, graphical layout of the route is created, and the set hypotheses are evaluated.
