Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na studium vlivu hostitelského bakteriálního kmene na expresi rekombinantní endonukleázy XPF-ERCC1, která se zúčastňuje reparace DNA.

Aim of this work was focused on the effect of a host strain on expression of XPF-ERCC1 recombinant endonuclease participating in DNA repair process.
