Cílem diplomové práce s názvem „Policie ČR jako dotčený orgán veřejné správy“ je popis problematiky závaznosti stanovisek Policie ČR jako dotčeného orgánu veřejné správy především ve vztahu k zákonu č. 13/1997 Sb., o pozemních komunikacích a s ním souvisejících předpisů. The aim of the thesis „The Police Czech Republic as Authority Concerned of Public Administration” is a description of the issues of the binding nature of opinions of the Police of the Czech Republic as a concerned authority of public administration in particular in relation to Act No. 13/1997 Coll., on Roads and to regulations relating to it.
