Intercorporate communication and emotions

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is concerned with the existence of emotions in electronic inter-corporate communication considering an international group. It is analysis of fifteen extracts of an electronic communication, which were chosen from fifty similar texts within an electronic communication in the group. The assumption of this analysis is, that however the inter-corporate electronic communication in a company is mechanical, schematic, we find emotions in it.

Abstract:

Diese Bachelorarbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Vorkommen der Emotionen in elektronischer internen Unternehmenskommunikation im Rahmen eines internationales Konzerns. Es geht um eine Analyse von fünfzehn Passagen einer elektronischen Kommunikation, die im Rahmen einer elektronischen Kommunikation in dem Konzern von fünfzig ähnlichen Texten ausgewählt wurden. Das Voraussetzung dieser Analyse ist, dass obwohl eine interne Unternehmenskommunikation mechanisch, schablonenhaft ist, finden wir Emotionen drin.
