Assessment of Promotion Using as a Tool of Communication Policy in Selected Financial Institution

Abstract:

Annotation KOŠÍRER, Lukáš: Evaluation of the use of sales promotion as an instrument of communication policy in the selected financial institution. [Bachelor thesis]. College of Banking Prague, foreign university Banska Bystrica. Department of finance, accounting and insurance. Thesis: Ing.Patrik Straight, PhD. Year of defense: 2013. count The aim of my thesis is to evaluate the approach and tools of communication policy of financial institutions. I will discuss in detail and analyze communication tools banks. In the first part I will describe the theoretical knowledge of communication tools of financial institutions. Analyzes in detail the most frequently used communication tools and their importance for communication with the public. In the second part I will describe and evaluate communication channel banks in Slovakia. In this part approaching the most frequently used communication channel banks. The third part will focus on the importance of using communication channels Tatra banka. In this section I will analyze in detail the communication channel Tatra banka and evaluate their relevance to the client. The last part I added questionnaire where I asked what clients Tatra banka most frequently used communication channel. Anotácia KOŠÍRER, Lukáš: Zhodnotenie využívania podpory predaja ako nástroj komunikačnej politiky vo vybranom peňažnom ústave. [Bakalárska práca]. Bankovní institút vysoká škola Praha, zahraničná vysoká škola Banská Bystrica. Katedra financií, účtovníctva a poisťovníctva. Vedúci práce: Ing.Patrik Rovný,PhD. Rok obhajoby: 2013. Počet strán Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je zhodnotenie a priblíženie nástrojov komunikačnej politiky finančných inštitúcií. Podrobne budem rozoberať a analyzovať komunikačné nástroje bánk. V prvej časti budem opisovať teoretické poznatky komunikačných nástrojov finančných inštitúcií. Podrobne rozoberiem najčastejšie využívané komunikačné nástroje a ich význam pre komunikáciu s verejnosťou. V druhej časti budem opisovať a hodnotiť komunikačné kanáli bánk na Slovensku. V tejto časti priblížim najčastejšie využívané komunikačné kanáli banky. V tretej časti sa zameriam na význam využívania komunikačných kanálov Tatra banky. V tejto časti budem podrobne analyzovať komunikačné kanáli Tatra banky a hodnotiť ich význam pre klienta. Do poslednej časti som doplnil dotazník kde som sa pýtal klientov Tatra banky aký komunikačný kanál najčastejšie využívajú. Cieľom dotazníka je zistiť aký komunikačný kanál je klientom najbližší.
