Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodou Mystery shopping, její stručnou historií a také základními zásadami. Také je uvedena stručná historie bankovnictví, představení centrální banky,nebo-li České národní banky. Podstatná část práce se zabývá aktuální nabídkou bank na českém trhu. Bachelor thesis deals with the method of Mystery Shopping, its brief history and basic principles. It also contains a brief history of banking, showing the central bank, or if the Czech National Bank. A substantial part of the work deals with the current selection of banks on the Czech market.
