Personality of the teacher in kindergarten

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma Osobnost učitele v MŠ. Teoretická část pohlíží na osobnost obecně. Zabývá se významem slova osobnost a následně je charakterizována její struktura ? motivace, schopnosti a rysy osobnosti. Další kapitola teoretické části vystihuje konkrétně osobnost učitele. Kapitola se zaměřuje na profesní standard učitelů, jejich kompetence, speciální pedagogické schopnosti, jimiž by měl každý pedagog disponovat, apod. Je zde zařazen i výčet základní typologie učitelů. Teoretickou část uzavírá sebereflexe, ve které se autorka pokouší zhodnotit sebe samu v roli učitele. V praktické části jsou prezentovány názory rodičů a učitelů na osobnost v mateřské škole. Na základě výzkumného šetření jsou zde zhodnocovány a porovnávány jejich názory na to, jaký by učitel v mateřské škole měl být. Ke zjištění názorů obou skupin respondentů bylo využito dotazníkové explorace. V bakalářské práci jsou pro zajímavost zahrnuty rozhovory s předškolními dětmi. Otázky se týkaly tvořivosti, smyslu pro humor, tolerance a individuálního přístupu k dětem. V závěru celé práce shrnuje obsah práce a její výsledky. Autorka dospěla k závěru, že nejdůležitější ve vztahu učitel x dítě je vzájemný pocit sounáležitosti, partnerský vztah. Domnívá se, že pokud tuto skutečnost budou mít učitelé v mateřských školách neustále na paměti, přiblíží se ideálu a usnadní tak i další vzdělávání jedince.

Abstract:

This Bachelor work deals with the topic of Kindergarten Teacher Personality. The theoretical part analyses the personality from the general point of view. It deals with the meaning of the word ?personality?, and then its structure is characterized ? motivation, abilities and personality features. The next chapter describes teacher personality more specifically. It focuses on the professional standard of teachers and their competences, special pedagogical abilities every teacher should have etc. The list of basic typologies of teachers is provided here. The theoretical part closes with self-reflection, in which the author attempts to assess herself as a teacher. In the practical part there are presented both parents and teachers opinions on the importance of personality in kindergarten. Based on the research the opinions on the teacher´s personality are evaluated and compared. Questionnaire was used as the research tool in both groups of respondents. In the Bachelor work interviews with pre-school children are included. The questions were about creativity, sense of humor, tolerance and individual approach to children. The work conclusion summarizes the content of the work and its results. The author reaches the conclusion that the most important factor in the teacher child relations is the feeling of mutual belonging, partner relationship. She believes that if kindergarten teachers keep this in mind, they will approximate the ideal and make further education of an individual easier.
