Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je překlad textu z oblasti managementu, konkrétně z oblasti vedení lidí. Jedná se o překlad z anglického do českého jazyka. Práce obsahuje teoretickou část, praktickou část, komentář a glosář. V teoretické části jsou popsány obecné znalosti teorie překladu. Praktická část zahrnuje samotný překlad textu. The main aim of this thesis is to translate a text from the field of management, specifically from the field of leadership. The translation is from the English to the Czech language. The thesis includes the theoretical part, practical part, commentary and glossary. In theoretical part general knowledge of the theory of translation is described.
