Anotace Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou produktové nabídky hypotečních úvěrů, jejich rozborem podle účelu poskytnutí a porovnáním z pohledu klienta. Pro účely posouzení byly vybrány hypoteční produkty pěti bank, a to Hypoteční banky, České spořitelny, Komerční banky, Raiffeisenbank a UniCredit Bank. Annotation This thesis deals with the product offering of mortgage loans, their analysis according to the purpose of providing and comparison of the client's perspective. For the purposes of assessing were selected mortgage products of five banks - Hypoteční banka, Česká spořitelna, Komerční banka, Raiffeisenbank and UniCredit Bank.
