Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou dopravních kongescí a možností jejich řešení. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a definice dopravních kongescí, různé způsoby členění a nástroje, které lze využít k jejich řešení. This diploma thesis covers the ins and outs of transport congestions and ways on how to make them better. In the theory part, I will cover the basic terms and definitions of the transport congestions, different means of their structure and tools, which we can use to make them better.
