Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou edukace žáků základních škol v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva v době distanční výuky, kterou žáci absolvovali v rámci pandemie COVID-19. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat a následně komparovat výuku žáků v prezenční a distanční formě, zejména z hlediska časové dotace, forem výuky a spolupráce s Hasičským záchranným sborem či jinými organizacemi. Teoretická část práce je zpracovaná prostřednictvím dostupné odborné literatury. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem ochrana obyvatelstva a jsou vymezena základní opatření ochrany obyvatelstva, zejména varování, evakuace, ukrytí, individuální ochrana a nouzové přežití. Práce se zabývá také historií vzniku ochrany obyvatelstva a historií její výuky na školách. Dále se zaměřuje na aktuální začlenění ochrany obyvatelstva do výuky, dostupné výukové materiály a další možnosti vzdělávání žáků v této problematice prostřednictvím jiných subjektů. Do teoretické části práce je zařazeno i téma distanční výuky v době pandemie. Praktická část je zaměřena na vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření prostřednictvím grafů a analýzy výsledků. Součástí praktické části je SWOT analýza vytvořená v návaznosti na poznatky získané z teoretické části a výsledky z dotazníkového šetření. V závěru jsou uvedeny cíle práce, úroveň jejich naplnění a případná doporučení na možné řešení problematiky.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of education of primary school students in the field of population protection during the period of distance teaching caused by COVID-19 pandemic. The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze and compare education of full-time and distance teaching, especially in terms of time allowance, forms of teaching and cooperation with fire departments and other organizations. The theoretical part of thesis is processed using professional literature. Theoretical part includes definition of the concept of population protection and description of basic precautions of population protection, particular warnings, evacuations, shelters, individual protection and emergency survival. The thesis also deals with the history of the protection of the population and with history of teaching it at schools. Furthermore, the thesis is focused on the current integration of population protection into teaching, availability of teaching materials and other options for educating students in this area through other subjects. The theoretical part of the thesis also includes the topic of distance learning during the pandemic. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of the questionnaire survey through graphs and analysis of results. The practical part also includes a SWOT analysis created in connection with the knowledge gained from the theoretical part and the results of the questionnaire survey. The end summarizes the goals of the thesis, the level of their fulfillment and gives recommendations for a possible solution to the problem.
