Occupational therapy at child in pre-school age with congenital imperfection of the hand

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci jsem se zabývala problematikou vrozené vady ruky. Práce je specifická tím, že jsem si vybrala pacienta v dětském věku. V obecné části jsem se věnovala anatomii, funkci ruky, vývoji jemné motoriky od narození do 6 let a ve speciální části využití ergoterapeutických prostředků při léčbě vrozené vady ruky. Praktická část obsahuje kazuistiku dítěte po operaci vrozené vady ruky a složky ergoterapie.

Abstract:

In this thesis, I addressed the problem of congenital imperfection of the hand. The work is specific that I chose the patient in childhood. In general, I devote part of anatomy, function of the hand, the development of fine motor from birth to 6 years and use occupational devices in the treatment of congenital imperfection of the hand. The practical part includes case reports of children after surgery congenital imperfection and hand occupational therapy components
