The influence of the classroom climate on the prosocial orientation of primary school pupils

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se zabýváme vlivem klimatu školní třídy na prosociální orientaci žáků základních škol. V teoretické části vymezujeme termíny škola a školní třída a věnujeme pozornost klimatu školní třídy. Uvádíme a popisujeme hlavní aktéry školního klimatu - žáky a pedagogy. Pozornost je věnována diagnostice školní třídy a jejím možnostem. Ve druhé půlce teoretické části se věnujeme pojmu prosociální chování. Definujeme jeho vývoj, druhy a determinanty, které jej ovlivňují. Uvádíme základní přehled empirických studií zabývajících se souvislostmi mezi klimatem školní třídy a prosociálním chováním. Ve výzkumné části zkoumáme, jak mohou výsledky klimatu školní třídy souviset s prosociálním chováním žáků. Ve výsledcích zohledňujeme věkové kategorie a pohlaví zkoumaných žáků.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the influence of the classroom climate on the prosocial orientation of pupils of elementary schools. We determine the terms school and classroom in the theoretical part, and we focus on the classroom climate. We present and describe main participants of the classroom climate - the pupils and the teachers. Attention is also given to diagnosis of the classroom and its possibilities. We focus on the term prosocial behaviour in the second half of the theoretical part. We define its evolution, kinds and determinants which influence it. We present basic overview of empirical studies focusing on the relationship between the classroom climate and prosocial behaviour. The analytical part deals with how results of the classroom climate can relate with prosocial behaviour of pupils. We take into account the age and gender groups of researched pupils in the results.
