Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou pojišťovnictví ve veřejném sektoru. Zejména spoluprací při ochraně veřejného majetku, při šetření Policie České republiky a spoluprací při zasahování Hasičského záchranného sboru. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat spolupráci veřejné správy a komerční pojišťovny. Tato spolupráce probíhá při uzavírání pojistných smluv, popisuji také spolupráci Policie České republiky a Hasičského záchranného sboru s komerční pojišťovnou. Dále se domnívám, že pojištění majetku a hlavně odpovědnosti je velice důležité a ne vždy k tomu obce a města přistupovala s plnou odpovědností. V roce 2009 je vnímání tohoto problému ze stran měst a obcí na vysoké úrovni. V bakalářské práci využívám metody a techniky vědecké práce se sekundárními daty, spadající do oblasti akčního výzkumu, např. rešerše, evaluace, interpretace.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the system of insurance in the public sector, mainly with the cooperation of insurance companies and the police and fire-brigades and their investigations. The aim of the thesis is to describe the cooperation of the public institutions and the private insurance companies. This cooperation is necessary at the process of signing of the insurance contracts. The thesis also states that insurance of property and responsibility plays an important role in our lives, which is a fact often forgotten and disregarded by municipalities. In 2009 the approach to this issue is on a high level and has good standards. In my thesis were used methods and techniques of scientific work with secondary data which fall into the category of operational investigation, such as background research, evaluation or interpretation.
