Súdny exekútor a jeho právne postavenie je témou mojej bakalárskej práce. Cieľom mojej práce bolo zachytiť teoreticko – právne a analyticko – právne aspekty činnosti osoby, ktorá zabezpečuje nútený výkon súdnych a iných rozhodnutí súdneho exekútora a jeho postavenie v súdnom systéme.
