Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jaké jsou odlišnosti v motivační struktuře vybraných skupin seniorů pobývajících v institucionální péči. V teoretické části popisujeme a vysvětlujeme problematiku stáří, změn ve stáří a jejich vliv na kvalitu života seniorů a pojem motivace. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to investigate variations in motivation levels of selec-ted groups of senior residents. In the theoretical part we describe and explain the impact of aging and its influence on the life quality of the senior citizens.
