Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem získávání a výběru pracovníků. Teoretická část je věnovaná seznámení se s touto problematikou a vysvětlení důležitých pojmů a konceptů. Praktická část popisuje proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců, tak jak ho realizují ve společnosti ATL EUROPE s.r.o. V závěru je vyhodnocení získávání a výběru zaměstnanců a návrhy na zlepšení problémů.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis pursues the topic of recruiting and selecting workers. The theoretical part is dedicated to introduction of these matters and explanation of important terms and concepts. The practical part describes a process of recruitment and selection of employees as is realized in ATL EUROPE s.r.o.
