Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnuji autonomii vůle v obchodních závazcích dle platné právní úpravy, tj. Nového občanského zákoníku a její srovnání s právní úpravou do 31.12.2013. Autonomii vůle můţeme jinými slovy formulovat jako smluvní svobodu nebo také smluvní volnost. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis addresses autonomy of the will in business obligations under applicable law, i.e. the New Civil Code and its comparison with the legislation which was in force until December 31, 2013. Autonomy of the will can be also phrased as contracting freedom or contractual liberty.
