The Analysis of implementation of the Integrated development plan of the City of Usti nad Labem

Abstract:

Vstupem České republiky do EU získalo Statutární město Ústí nad Labem možnost využití finančních prostředků z EU, a to prostřednictvím strukturálních fondů. Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Analýza Integrovaného plánu rozvoje Statutárního města Ústí nad Labem analyzuje úspěšnost IPRM Centrum na základě poskytnutých finančních prostředků z dotačních titulů a plnění cílů v rámci projektů IPRM. V první kapitole se zabývá integrovanými přístupy, jejich členěním a financováním. V druhé kapitole této práce se věnuji analýze vybraného Integrovanému plánu rozvoje Statutárního města Ústí nad Labem, který se nazývá IPRM Centrum. Analýza IPRM Centrum probíhá na základě získaných finančních prostředků z dotací EU na jednotlivé projekty v rámci IPRM Centrum. Z tohoto srovnání vyplyne úspěšnost popřípadě i neúspěšnost jednotlivých projektů v rámci IPRM Centrum, které Statutární město Ústí nad Labem dokončilo.

Abstract:

The entry of the Czech Republic into the EU gained its statutory city Usti nad Labem, the possibility of the use of funds from the EU, through the structural funds. This thesis with the name of the analysis of an integrated development plan of the city of Ústí nad Labem analyzes the success on the basis of funding from the grant of titles and the fulfilment of the objectives in the framework of the projects of the IDPC. In the first chapter deals with the integrated approaches, their breakdown and funding. In the second chapter of this work is the analysis of the selected Integrated development plan of the city of Ústí nad Labem, which is called the IDPC Center. IDPC Analysis Center is on the basis of obtained funds from EU subsidies to individual projects in the framework of the IDP Center. From this comparison shows the success or even the failure of individual projects within the IDPC Center that statutory city Usti nad Labem has finished.
