Abstract:
Graduation thesis by compile describes the possibilities of using ICTs for persons with disabilities as one of the target groups of social work. Defines persons with disabilities and clarifies their situation in the Czech Republic. Further defines the information and communication technologies and their outreach to the possibility of using its functions by persons with disabilities.
