Supramolekulární rozpoznávání aniontů ve vodě je náročná oblast výzkumu, protože anionty jsou v tomto médiu silně hydratovány. V roce 2010 publikovala naše skupina novou třídu receptorů aniontů nazývaných bambusurily. Supramolecular recognition of anions in water is a challenging field of research, mostly due to high hydration of anions in this media. Our group reported a new class of anion receptors, bambusurils, in 2010 and since then, many derivatives of these macrocycles have been developed with high selectivity and binding affinity towards anions in both water and organic media.
