Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku edukace v oblasti masážních postupů; v této souvislosti i na informovanost dospělých lidí o masážích, na jejich zkušenosti s nimi i na jejich znalosti klíčových pojmů resp. poznatků, týkajících se masážní terapie. Cílem práce je zmapovat tyto znalosti a zkušenosti a na základě toho navrhnout některé vhodné edukační postupy; jejich realizaci pak ilustrovat konkrétním instruktážním videozáznamem. Vycházíme ze skutečnosti, že problematika masážních technik není v edukačním kontextu zpracována dostatečně. Teoretická část práce je poznatkovou syntézou, zahrnující výklad podstaty masážní terapie, interpretaci významných biomedicínských, psychosociálních a edukačních aspektů masáží. Empirická část práce obsahuje jednak výzkumnou sondu, zjišťující informovanost dospělých lidí v oblasti masážní terapie a dále autorský instruktážní videosnímek „Klasická masáž zad“ jako ilustraci edukačního postupu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on educational issues in the field of massage procedures, consequently also on foreknowledge of the adults about massages, their experience with them including how they are familiarized with key concepts and facts concerning massage therapy. The thesis is aimed at mapping of these pieces of knowledge and experiences which should lead to obtaining a basis for suggesting some convenient educational procedures whose implementation could be then illustrated by a specific instructional video recording. We consider the issues of massage techniques insufficiently processed in the educational context. The theoretical part of the thesis is a synthesis of knowledge which includes an explanation of essence of massage therapy, as well as an interpretation of bio-medical, psycho-social and educational aspects of massages. The empirical part of the thesis contains a small survey aimed at finding out about foreknowledge of the adults about the massage therapy issues and also an author’s instructional video recording “Classical massage of the back” as an illustration of the educational procedure.
