Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vedení týmů, jejich motivaci a odměňování. Práce se skládá z teoretické a empirické části. Teoretická část popisuje jednotlivé důležité pojmy, jako vedení týmů a styly vedení, motivace, typy motivace a odměňování.
