Tax administration in the Czech Republic: analysis

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce „Analýza daňové správy v ČR“ je provedení analýzy výběru a postupů správy daní u finančních úřadů a posouzení možností modernizace daňové správy. Práce je členěna do čtyř kapitol, z nichž první je věnována institucionálnímu uspořádání daňové správy s uvedením změn, chystaných v rámci vládní reformy daňového systému. Druhá a třetí kapitola je zaměřena na procesní stránku a postupy správy daní u finančních úřadů. V poslední kapitole se zabývám možnostmi modernizace daňové správy a to jak započatými, tak i chystanými v rámci reformy.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor work entitled 'Tax Admistration Analysis in the Czech Republic' is to analyze the revenue collection and tax administration procedures at tax offices and evaluate possibilities of the tax administration reform. The work is divided into four chapters. The first one deals with institutional structure of the tax administration mentioning the upcoming changes within the scope of the governmental tax system reform. The second and third chapters concentrate on processes and procedures when administering taxes at tax offices. The last chapter is concerned with possibilities of tax administration reform, both the changes that have already been launched and the forthcoming ones within the reform.
