Bakalářská práce se zabývá rovnými příležitostmi na pracovní trhu v České republice z genderové perspektivy. Jednotlivé kapitoly popisují situaci žen na pracovním trhu. Na přístup žen na pracovní trh je nahlíženo z hlediska profesí a z hlediska struktury. Jedním z cílů je odpovědět na otázku, jak zpřístupnit pracovní trh ženám. This bachelor thesis is concerned with equal opportunities on the labour market in the Czech Republic from gender´s perspective. The individual chapters describe the situation of women on the labour market. The access of women on the labour market is viewed in terms of professions and in terms of structure.
