Effectiveness of the Internal Communication in the Recruitment Process of Selected Organization

Abstract:

Interní komunikace je pro firemní procesy velmi důležitým prvkem, protože propojuje jak osoby, tak i nastavené procesy v jeden celek a umožňuje tak spolupráci. Efektivní interní komunikace je tedy důležitým předpokladem pro fungování procesu náboru. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit efektivitu interní komunikace v procesu náboru vybrané organizace a zodpovědět hlavní výzkumnou otázku: Jak naplňuje současná interní komunikace v procesu náboru ve Společnosti kritéria efektivity? Pro zodpovězení této otázky je nejprve představen teoretický rámec, který se věnuje vymezení interní komunikace a kritérií její efektivity v kontextu procesu náboru. Na základě tohoto rámce jsou posléze vytvořeny dílčí výzkumné otázky, jejichž zodpovězením se zabývá analytická část, která představuje a analyzuje data získaná v rámci vybrané organizace prostřednictvím kvalitativních a kvantitativních metod (rozhovoru, dotazníků a analýzy interních dokumentů). Ze získaných zjištění vyplynulo, že současná interní komunikace v procesu náboru ve Společnosti kritéria efektivity spíše naplňuje. Nejlépe jsou naplněna kritéria včasnosti, důvěry mezi klíčovými osobami a naplnění informačních potřeb klíčových osob. Kritéria nastavení interní komunikace a vyhovujících nástrojů a forem jsou naplněna jen z poloviny a dávají tak největší prostor pro zavedení opatření pro zvýšení efektivity. Návrhy opatření na zvýšení efektivity interní komunikace v procesu náboru ve Společnosti jsou předloženy v závěru práce.

Abstract:

Internal communication is a very important element for business processes is because it connects both people and processes set in one unit and allows collaboration. Effective internal communication is an important prerequisite for the functioning of the recruitment process. The aim of this work is to evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication in the recruitment process of selected organization and answer the main research question: How does current internal communication in the recruitment process in the Company fulfill criteria of effectiveness? To answer this questions a theoretical framework that focuses on the definition of internal communication and the criteria of its effectiveness in the context of the recruitment process is presented at first. On the basis of this framework are then created sub- research questions whose answering deals with the analytical part, which presents and analyzes the data obtained within the selected organization through qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, questionnaires and analysis of internal documents). The obtained findings show that the current internal communication in the recruitment process in the Company rather meets the criteria of effectiveness. The criteria of timeliness, trust between key persons and meet the information needs of key personnel are the best fulfilled ones. Criteria for setting internal communications and compliant tools and molds are filled only in half and give the greatest scope for the introduction of steps to increase effectiveness. Proposals for steps to increase the effectiveness of internal communication in the recruitment process of the Company are presented in the conclusion.
