Contribution of creative intergenerational teams to business development

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zjištěním současného stavu týmů v podniku, zaměří se na spolupráci uvnitř týmů a jaký vliv má vedoucí týmu na tým ve vybraném podniku. Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické části, které jsou dále členěny na jednotlivé kapitoly a podkapitoly. V první části, v teoretických východiscích se autor zabývá pojmem tvůrčích týmů, budování tvůrčích mezigeneračních týmů a vlivu managementu na jejich úspěch. Zaměří se na vztahy uvnitř týmů a jejich spolupráci. V druhé praktické části je provedena analýza spolupráce v týmu, jaký vliv má vedoucí týmu na tým ve vybraném podniku a jsou shrnuty výsledky dotazníkového šetření. V závěru praktické části této práce jsou dány návrhy a doporučení na změny, které by mohly vést ke zlepšení spolupráce v týmu a zlepšení spolupráce vedoucího týmu s týmem ve vybraném podniku.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with finding out the current state of teams in the company, will focus on cooperation within teams and what influence the team leader has on the team in the selected company. The diploma thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical parts, which are further divided into individual chapters and subchapters. In the first part, in the theoretical background, the author deals with the concept of creative teams, building creative intergenerational teams and the influence of management on their success. It will focus on relationships within teams and their cooperation. The second practical part analyzes the cooperation in the team, what influence the team leader has on the team in the selected company and summarizes the results of the questionnaire survey. At the end of the practical part of this work are given suggestions and recommendations for changes that could lead to improved cooperation in the team and improved cooperation between the team leader and the team in the selected company.
