Abstract:

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je komparace používaných systému vzdělávání ve čtryřech různých hotelech, které mají stejnou lokalitu a podobné složení zákazníků. Dále pak srovnání vstupních požadavků na zaměstnance v návaznosti na vzdělávací systém porovnávaných hotelů. Pokusím se vyhodnotit použité systémy vzdělávání hotelů s výborně propracovanou strategií vzdělávání, oproti hotelu kde není koncepce vzdělávání jasně definována. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část práce se zabývá teoretickým základem dané problematiky a charakterizuje jednotlivé pojmy. Věnuje se popisu rozvoje lidských zdrojů, především pak vzdělávání, firemnímu vzdělávání a e-learningu. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na prezentaci čtyř hotelů. Zahrnuje obecný popis hotelu, organizační strukturu, požadavky na vybrané porovnávané pozice a analýzu vzdělávání v podniku. Pro získání nezbytných informací byla použita metoda osobních pohovorů, čerpání z poskytnutých brožur a internetových stránek hotelů. Návrhová část vychází z výsledku analytické části a jsou zde navržena různá opatření ke zlepšení.

Abstract:

The main aim of my thesis is the comparison of the education system in four hotels that have the same location and similar composition of customers and also the comparison of the input requirements for employees in relation to the educational system compared hotels. I will try to evaluate what is the difference to the demands imposed by a sophisticated hotel with an excellent education strategies, as opposed to the hotel where the concept of education is not clearly defined. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part gives the theoretical basis of the issue and describe the various concepts. It describes the development of human resources, especially education and professional education and e-learning. The second part focuses on the performance of four hotels which includes a general description, organizational structure, requirements for selected positions compared and analysis of enterprise education. To obtain the necessary information the method of personal interviews was used, as well as information from the provided brochures and websites of hotels. The final part is based on the results of the analytical part and proposes various posibilities of improvement.
