Diplomová práce zjišťuje spokojenost všeobecných sester ve Vítkovické nemocnici a. s. Teoretickým východiskem je Herzbergova dvoufaktorová teorie motivace. Stěžejní částí práce je výzkumné šetření, které má za úkol zjistit hodnotový žebříček všeobecných sester, zjistit jeho naplňování zaměstnavatelem z pohledu všeobecných sester, porovnat žebříček a jeho naplňování zaměstnavatelem a zjistit míru spokojenosti …more
Abstract:
The goal of the thesis is to find out satisfaction of nurses in Vítkovická hospital Inc. The theoretical way out is the Herzberg two-factor theory of job motivation.
