Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu "Coping v práci sestry." Práce je rozčleněna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku stresu, jeho druhy, příznaky, důsledky a obranné mechanismy, dále problematiku copingu, typy copingu, jeho styly a strategie, poté popisuje možnosti rozvíjení psychické odolnosti vůči stresu a v poslední kapitole se zabývá syndromem vyhoření. The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of "Coping as a nurse at work" The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the stress, its types, symptoms, consequences and defense mechanisms, as well as issues of coping, coping strategies, their styles and strategies, then describes the possibility of developing resistance to mental stress.
