Magisterská diplomová práce řeší problematiku pedagogické komunikace mezi romskými žáky a jejich učiteli na 2. stupni základní školy, konkrétně mocenské roviny ve školní třídě. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení pojmů romského etnika a pedagogické komunikaci. Empirická část je postavena na kvalitativním výzkumu, který sleduje mocenské konstelace ve školní třídě. The diploma thesis deals with the problem of pedagogical communication between the Roma pupils and their teachers at the lower secondary school, particularly the levels of power in the class.
