The complex rehabilitation care for people after stroke

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá komplexní rehabilitační péčí o osoby po cévní mozkové příhodě. Cílem práce je zjistit a analyzovat význam včasného zahájení rehabilitační péče na zlepšení zotavovacího procesu u osob po cévní mozkové příhodě v léčebném zařízení. Dalším cílem práce je zjistit, jak jedinci, kteří prošli terapeutickou intervencí v léčebném zařízení, hodnotí její přínos. Teoretická část této práce obsahuje tři kapitoly. První kapitola je zaměřena na klinický obraz onemocnění cévní mozkovou příhodou – její definice, etiologie, klasifikace, klinické projevy a stádia, druhá kapitola na současné možnosti léčby, rehabilitace a podpory osobám po CMP a třetí na způsoby terapeutické péče. Praktická část je zaměřena kvalitativně. Obsahuje zpracované rozhovory na základě sběru dat pěti informantů. Analýza rozhovorů byla zpracována na základě polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a zúčastněného pozorování.

Abstract:

The master thesis deals with the complex rehabilitation care for people after stroke. The goal of this work is to evaluate and analyse the importance of the early start of the rehabilitation care for the improvement of the recreation process at the persons after stroke in a medical institution. Another goal of the work is to find out how people who have experienced the therapeutical intervention in a medical institution evaluate its contribution. The theoretical part of this work contains three chapters. The first chapter is focused on the clinical picture of the stroke – its definition, etiology, classification, clinical manifestations and phases. The second chapter is aimed at the actual possibilities of the treatment, rehabilitation and support people after stroke and the third one at the ways of the .therapeutical care. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the qualitative research. It includes introduced interviews worked into the base of gathering of five answered persons. Analysis of the interviews were prepared on the basis of semistructured interview and participant observation.
