Práce se zaměřuje na ústavní zakotvení poslanecké imunity, konkrétně roviny nestíhatelnosti, v České republice a na Slovensku. This thesis is focused on parliamentary immunity applied in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. However the subject of inviolability is widely discussed in both parliaments and also in public, its purpose is not always understood correctly.
