Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá současným způsobem nakládání s odpadními plasty v obcích. V první části se práce věnuje nově schválené legislativě odpadového hospodářství. Dále se tato část práce zabývá nakládáním s odpadními plasty podle hierarchie odpadového hospodářství.
