Fundraisingový plán neziskového hudebního festivalu Apríles 2015 skončil neúspěchem, kdy se fundraisingovému týmu projektu podařilo zajistit pouze 7 % požadované částky. Co bylo příčinou neúspěchu? Mohlo za neúspěch selhání lidského faktoru uvnitř fundraisingového týmu? Vyvrácení či potvrzení této úvahy, a následné vytvoření doporučení pro fundraising Aprílesu 2016, je cílem této práce. Fundraising plan of the non-profitable music festival Apríles 2015 ended with a failure, when the fundraising team of the project on managed to acquire 8 % of the requested amount. Why did the fundraising end unsuccessfully? Was it the failure of a human factor within the fundraising team?
